Support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Tickets go into a queue and it may take up to 24 hours to receive a response.
Please note all work requests are completed on a time and materials basis at an hourly rate of $150 ex. GST, unless an ongoing package or other arrangement has been discussed prior to commencement. If we believe a job will take in excess of 2 hours we will provide a quote before proceeding.
