Alright, Alright Alright. Bodie here, surfer, caravanner, husband and devoted dad of two little frothers. I founded Dilate Digital from a home theatre room in 2012 and worked solo until hiring our first Dilate legend in early 2014. Since then I have slowly replaced myself with the best minds I could find with the goal of instilling a sense of purpose, belonging and the Dilate values in each of these special souls. To find out what lights their fires and guide them in the direction of it. There is a little bit of magic here at Dilate and it comes from the collective energy and vibe of our people. It is these special humans who have built the most thorough, driven, innovative and transparent agency. We truly, deeply care about the businesses we work with, and are believers in the partnership. We work for the success of our clients, because their success is ours. You can make all the money in the world, but you only get one reputation and it is with that sentiment I go to work everyday to help the many partners that have entrusted their business with Dilate. Hey, I’m Inês, a Senior Digital Strategist at Dilate and the go-to dog sitter for our office pups. Originally from Porto, Portugal, I made the move to Australia in 2017, but my love for home hasn’t faded. I get way too excited when people tell me they’re visiting Portugal and happily share all my Porto recommendations—though most betray me and go to Lisbon instead.

At work, I treat every client’s business like it’s my own, diving into strategy, problem-solving, and making sure we get results that actually matter. What's the craic! My name is Kate, one of the Copywriters from Dilate. I moved over here from the wet and rainy Belfast way back in 2012, landed in Perth and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Grad Cert in Forensic Psychology.

Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a nut for anything to do with pop culture - from Marvel to Star Wars to good old Dungeons and Dragons, if it has swords, anything to do with fantasy, mythology or a good old musical, I will find a way to make it a facet of my personality.

When I'm not rolling some dice to terrorise my friends or writing content for you, I fill my time with a bit of sewing, a little hand embroidery, more than a spot of reading (three guesses on my favourite genre. Go!) and telling my big, fluffy lug of a cat, Freddie, to get off my side table before he knocks everything off. That and listening to Taylor Swift.

Hi, I’m Genie — resident bibliophile, lover of grammar (em dash defender till the end), and someone who doesn’t just like reading about period dramas and Elizabethan tales, but also somehow manages to sound like one. You’ll usually find me buried in a doc with my headphones on, accidentally ignoring Slack pings like it’s a full-time job, or sitting silently in a Google Meet until someone says “Genie, thoughts?” and I blink back to life.

I’m one of those people who’s better with written words than spoken ones — always have been. While other kids were playing sports or chasey at lunch, I was in the library reading. These days, whether it’s an ad, blog, script or brand story, I still get that same buzz from turning thoughts into something that actually sounds like a human said it, and said it well.

I actually started out studying English teaching at Murdoch University, before swapping over to Creative Writing and Professional Editing at Curtin — turns out, I didn’t want to teach words so much as create with them.

Outside of work, I live for books, tea, and rainy weather — the stormier, the better. There’s something about brewing a pot (any kind — I don’t discriminate) and listening to rain on the windows that feels like peak bliss. I adore Phil Collins (and yes, Genesis too), can recite Mamma Mia! by heart (and adore Meryl Streep almost as much as I love Colin Firth) — but still somehow don’t really care for other musicals. It’s a mystery.

Oh — and I’m a dog mum to Humphrey B Bear (aka Huffrey, Humph, Bear, or “why are you whining again?”). He’s a red heeler with more personality than most people I know, loves snacks, hates baths, and is the neediest, sleepiest bundle of chunk I’ve ever met.

Originally from sunny (but mostly rainy) England, I made the move from the hustle and bustle of the Big Smoke to the relaxed beach life of Perth in August 2024. As a dual citizen of Australia and England, it was only a matter of time before I swapped drizzle for ocean dips and finally got my much-needed dose of vitamin D.

I’ve had the travel bug for as long as I can remember, always on the hunt for new places to explore—whether it’s hopping on a plane to somewhere new, getting lost in a good book, or setting off on a long walk (or a short run, if I’m feeling ambitious). I got into marketing at 16 when I handed out a stack of resumès and no one hired me. My goal was to make $500 by the end of the summer holidays. With 3 weeks left, no job, I spent countless hours scheming. Not long after I devised a plan, opened a Shopify store and within the first 72 hours I smashed that goal. Ever since then I fell in love with Marketing.

Outside of work I do the same thing as I did growing up. Getting lost for hours obsessing over a topic. If i’m not taking notes on my computer about something. Then you can find at my MMA gym pressed against the cage or right in the centre of the octagon.

I’m Fairuz (pronounced Fa-rooz), I’m originally from Bangladesh, but Perth has been my home since I was six. Fun fact: I’m a total foodie with a soft spot for Mexican cuisine (but honestly, just bring me any good food and I’m sold), I’m also a proud cat mum and an animal lover through and through.

Marketing is my jam! It’s the perfect playground for thinking outside the box and helping businesses grow and flourish. After uni, I jumped into government work, which was… let’s say, a bit of a creativity straightjacket due to all the strict rules. Now, as a Content and Marketing Strategist at Dilate (aka the best place to be), I finally get to flex my creative muscles every day.

I’ve been a fan of Dilate since uni, dreaming of the day I’d join this amazing team - and here I am! I’m beyond grateful to be part of a group that values genuine connections and a good laugh (because who doesn’t need a chuckle now and then?).

What really drives me is seeing our clients succeed. I believe marketing isn’t just about catchy slogans or pretty designs, it’s about crafting genuine stories and strategies that help businesses grow in real, meaningful ways. I’m passionate about working closely with clients to understand their goals and create smart, creative solutions that lead to measurable success.

Hey, I’m Suzie!

I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the media world (yep, that makes me a bit of a veteran). My career kicked off at Marketforce, I then took some time off to travel the world before settling back in Perth where I’ve worked across all sorts of industries and campaigns. Along the way, I even had the unique experience of negotiating media rates for the WA Government across every paid channel under the CUA contract.

These days, I’m a Media Strategist at Dilate, where I get a buzz out of creating media campaigns that work seamlessly across both online and offline channels.   I’ll admit – I’m a bit of a data nerd!  I love diving into research and analytics side of things, then turning all of that into smart effective strategies that deliver results for my clients.     In my role I’m always learning and evolving and I like to think of myself as approachable, down-to-earth, and ready to roll up my sleeves to get the job done — which is something my clients genuinely appreciate.

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m with family and friends – whether it’s a good board game night or enjoying a vino (or two).  Life’s too short, so I’m all about soaking up the moments and making memories that stick!

I really like media planning and buying, so much so I’ve been in the business over 20 years. As a Media Strategist at Dilate, I have a knack for media channel planning, research, and analysis, steering strategy and integrated campaigns for clients of all sizes.

I aim to bring a wealth of media know-how to the Dilate team, from traditional to non-traditional channels, with hands-on experience across just about every category you can think of. Through utilising the industry’s best tools, I enjoy bringing smart, well-rounded media strategies to life.

Outside of work I love hanging with my little family and going on as many holidays as possible.
