Be specific with your retargeting ad – think about what you want your retargeting ads to achieve (email subscribers, clicks to the website) and give users a compelling reason to click on your ad. Remember, these users have already been to your website so give them something extra!

5. Budget too low

You need to be realistic when it comes to your Facebook marketing budget. Although Facebook is one of the more cost effective digital marketing options, you still need to set your budget high enough for the size of the audience you want to reach. Remember, you’re competing with other businesses who are trying to reach the same audience. If your ads aren’t performing, you could consider raising your budget so you’re bidding more for clicks.
