Don’t get us wrong – we want to grow just as much as the businesses that we help. But the thing is, to do our job well we can’t say yes to everyone that enquires with us.

It’s really important to us that we get powerful results for our clients. That’s why we test and investigate what we’re in for before we start any campaign.

Think of us like mathematicians weighing up the odds and cross checking the facts before we dive into practical actions. The last thing we ever want to do is promise you results without any backing data or market research to support our predictions, we just don’t work like that.

It’s all part of our strategic approach to success.

Success begins before your campaign starts

At Dilate, we help businesses of all sizes with digital marketing services such as search engine optimisation, Google ads, web development, branding and more. 

Whatever services you’re enquiring about, we want to make sure you’re the right fit for us and most importantly that we’re the right fit for you. Before we start on your campaign, not after.

We don’t want to waste your time or ours if we’re not going to get you a good return on your investment that is substantial enough to grow your business.

Being transparent and honest is a big deal at Dilate. We’ll be upfront with you from the beginning and make sure you know what to expect to the best of our ability.

And if the numbers aren’t stacking up? We won’t put our hands up for the job. Simple as that. There is no benefit for you or for us to engage with a business that we don’t think we can help grow with a beneficial ROI. 

Instead, we’ll point you in the right direction so you can explore other options and find a service or approach that might be a better fit for your business. 

What is ROI?

If you’re going to spend money on a product or service for your business, you want to know that it’s going to be worth it. Obviously!

To put it another way, you want to get a good return on your investment. That’s ROI.

It’s how much you get back when you invest money in a service or product. 

For example, how much profit you make as a direct result of investing in our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services or Paid per Click (PPC) advertising services.

At the end of the day, you want a good ROI. And we want to help you get it. 

But the truth is we might not be able to help every business get an impressive ROI. 

There are several reasons why this might be the case. It may be that these businesses need alternative services that we don’t provide or that we’re already helping their direct competitor. 

Whatever the reason, if we don’t think we can get an ROI to grow your business, then we’ll be honest about it and guide you in the right direction elsewhere.

How do we decide if your business is a good fit?

We always start with a discovery session where we get to know your business and your goals. Who you are and where you want to go.

Before we take any action, we try to figure out if we can help you get there. We do our best to predict if the campaign will be successful and what will be involved to help you achieve your business goals. 

Within the discovery session we work out an initial Media Plan. This Media Plan will help us predict the results of your campaigns as best we can by conducting in depth market research. We also look closely at your budget and the nature of your industry as well as any other factors that might affect the outcome.

Once we’ve crunched the numbers and examined the data, we determine the potential ROI for your business. And if we don’t think we can get you that potential ROI, we’ll let you know. 

We also take into consideration the businesses that we already work with. Dilate has a limit on the number of clients from each industry that we take on at any given time. That way it’s fair for you and also, it doesn't make sense for us to be in competition with ourselves. We take results for our clients seriously, we would rather reach the stars for one client per niche market. 

Trust us, you would prefer it this way too, so make sure that is a question that you ask your agency when looking into your options. 

Our goal isn’t to be the biggest, our goal is to the most respected and we hope our authenticity towards this goal shines through our communication.
