Pool Assist are an award winning, family owned, pool servicing business that came to Dilate in mid 2017. They came to us with no digital marketing strategy in place & an old website that was in serious need of a little TLC & Conversion Optimisation. When we decided to join forces with Pool Assist, we undertook their entire marketing department from website build, to PPC & SEO, aiming to drastically uplevel their brand awareness, increase their lead enquiries, and grow their yearly revenue.
Previously just a few pages of bulky text & stock standard imagery, Pool Assist was swiftly transformed into the high quality website you see today. A website that not only catches your eye, but keeps you engaged with a cleverly designed & logical layout, striking colour palettes & well positioned call to actions. Our team focused heavily on creating a service based website that mirrored the true customer experience Pool Assist clients would receive if they proceeded further with them. We achieved this by staying on brand, true to their business personality & by utilising real life projects, imagery & testimonials to tell their story.
The development of the website came down to the ability to showcase their dual business offerings approach without making potential site visitors confused due to lacklustre & careless navigation. By implementing distinct blocks that clearly distinguished between the two facets of their business - service & retail - and utilising appropriate call to actions, we were able to develop a streamlined website, that was not only logical and user friendly, but also removed all possible friction points that once caused high bounce rates, and low conversion rates.
Although Pool Assist offered massive value, and were super passionate about what they did, they had no format or strategy in place to generate leads and optimise their most lucrative offer which was their “swimming pool servicing”. Their leads were dwindling, as was their spirit. They needed a campaign strategy to help turn their business around and increase their sales. Our highly trained, and ridiculously passionate staff designed and developed a full proof PPC campaign to generate leads on a modest budget, whilst simultaneously working behind the scenes to improve their organic search ranking & brand awareness.
The proof is in the pudding, Pool Assist are clients to this day and the results are pretty damn good, otherwise they would have left by now (because we don’t do lock in contracts remember). Year on year since Pool Assist joined Dilate in 2017, there has been consistent growth of website traffic, paid conversions & organic conversions and this continues to increase as time goes on. Not only that just last year, Pool Assist won the SPASA WA “Pool & Spa Service Business of the Year” in 2018 alongside Dilate Digital as their agency, and in 2019 they’re adding an online ecommerce store to their arsenal. This is due to their tireless effort to deliver great results, and the dedicated hard work and guidance of our agency.
